摘    要:
对于种子企业来说,风险管理是其必须关注的重要课题,而营销风险管理又是风险管理环节中比较重要的一环。文章在借鉴陈李宏博士观点的基础上,把种子企业的营销风险分为市场选择、营销策略、竞争和组织管理四个方面,并就这四个方面的表现形式展开了深入细致的分析,对种子企业完善营销管理具有现实的指导意义。
