不同大麦种质资源对中国和英国大麦黄花叶病原反应的比较

摘    要: 35个供试欧洲大麦品种(包括21个当地免疫或高抗品种)对来自江苏沿海地区农业科学研究所农场、如东农业科学研究所和上海农业科学院农场的大麦黄花叶病毒源(除法国免疫品种Energy外)都表现为感病;11个中国大麦免疫品种对英国大麦黄花叶病毒和大麦和性花叶病毒仍表现为免疫;6个供试日本大麦免疫品种,3个(Kinuy utaka, Nishno Gold 和Senbon Hadaka)对中英大麦黄花叶病毒源免疫,但Haganemugi(ym3)对中国大麦黄花叶病毒免疫,而对英国大麦黄花叶病毒感病,反之,Kinonijo3对英国大麦黄花叶病毒免疫而对中国大麦黄花叶病毒感病。所有免疫大麦品种仅抗病毒增殖,但对多粘菌介体不抗。

Abstract:From a two-year identification experiment practised in in fected field plots and experiments in labovatory of inoculations with viruliferous cystosori or zoospore suspensions of Polymyxa graminis and mechanical inoculation of barley mild mosaic virus (BaMMV),the results showed that all thirty-five European barley varieties, including 21 immune varieties, except the Franch variety, Energy, were susceptible to 3 Chinese sources of barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV) from Institute of Agricultural Research for Sea Coast, Yancheng, Rudong Agricultural Research Institute, Jiangsu and Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences; eleven Chinese immune barley varieties tested appeared to be also immune to English BaYMVand BaMMV; three of 6 Japanese immune barley varieties, including Kinuyu taka, Nishno Goldand Senbon Hadaka were immune to both Chinese and English BaYMV, bot Haganemugi (ym3) was im-mune to Chinese BaYMV and susceptible to English BaYMV while Kinonijo 3 was immune to EnglishBaYMV and suseptible to Chinese BaYMV. All barley varieties tested were very susceptible to bothChinese and English isolates of the fungal vector, Polymyxa graminis. There were no significant differen-ces among the nomhers of zoospores released from the roots of immune and susceptible varieties inocu-lated perviously with the same source of cystosori of P. graminis, which indicated that the immune varie-ties were only immune to the viruses but not to the fungal vector, P. graminis.
