影响我国森林资源质量及变化的社会经济因素分析

森林资源多功能的充分发挥, 不仅依赖于森林资源数量, 更取决于森林资源质量。然而我国在森林资源数量不断增长的同时却存在着质量不高的问题; 同时, 由于我国人口众多, 林地资源扩张潜力有限。文中较为系统地分析了经济发展、人口增长、技术水平、森林经营指导思想与政策、林业投入等社会经济因素对我国森林资源质量的影响, 以期为提高森林资源质量、实现森林资源可持续经营提供决策参考依据。

On Social and Economic Factors Influencing on the Forest Resources Quality in China

The development of forest resources depends on not only the quantity but also the quality.However,with the increase of the quantity of forest resources,the quality is low.At the same time,the population of China is large,while the outspread of the forestry land is limited.As a result,the issues related to the quality of forest resources are more and more focused on recently.This paper tries to analyze the social and economic factors which may influence the quality of forest resource in China.Economic development,population increase,technical progress,policy and invest are mentioned as the main factors.And also,the paper is to provide theoretical foundation for improving the quality of forest resources and the sustainable development of China's forest resources.
