| 摘 要： | 运用SD法与因子分析法对北京市经济适用房小区的景观环境进行评价，并得出4个因子轴，即感官因子轴、形式因子轴、环境因子轴和地形因子轴。在此基础上，进一步探讨了住户对小区景观环境的偏好情况，为经济适用房小区的后续建设提出建议。

| Abstract: | Scenic assessment in the districts of economically affordable housing in Beijing was conducted by using semantic differential(SD) and factor analysis methods.Four axises were found,namely,axis of sensory factor,style factor,environment factor,and topographical factor.Preferences of the residents for landscape environment in the district were discussed,and the suggestions for the construction of similar districts in the future were put forward. |
