| 摘 要： | 从夏堇2个栽培品种‘粉月’和‘蓝月’的花中提取色素，用紫外分光光度计法、薄层层析色谱法和高效液相色谱法对其成色色素进行了检测。结果表明:夏堇花的主要成色色素为黄酮类化合物，其中‘粉月’中主要成色色素为矢车菊素、芍药素、芹菜素和木犀草素，‘蓝月’中主要成色色素为飞燕草素、锦葵素、矮牵牛素、芹菜素和木犀草素。

| Abstract: | The pigments were extracted from flower of Torenia fournieriv cultivar 'Pink Moon' and 'Blue Moon' and identified by using UV photo-spectrometer,thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the pigments were flavonoids: the main pigments in 'Pink Moon' were cyanidin,peonidin,apigenin and luteolin;The main pigments in 'Blue Moon' were delphinidin,malvidin,petunidin,apigenin and luteolin. |
