| 摘 要： | 为了有效预防和防治小麦黄矮病提供相关参考依据,在田间调查的基础上,利用大麦黄矮病毒多重PCR检测技术对2009-2010年陕西地区主要小麦产区的小麦黄矮病进行大麦黄矮病毒(barley yellow dwarf virus,BYDV)3个病原种PAV、GPV、GAV的检测.结果表明,2010年除陕西凤翔地区发病指数略高于2009年发病指数外,其余地区的发病率和发病指数均有不同程度的下降,调查地区小麦黄矮病混合侵染现象严重,且以GPV、GAV和PAV混合侵染为主. |

| Abstract: | In order to provide reference for the prevention and control of wheat yellow dwarf disease, based on the field investigation, using the multiplex PCR detection technology of BYDV strains GPV, GAV and PAV to detect the infected samples from the main wheat producing areas in Shaanxi province in 2009-2010. The results showed that except the disease index of Fengxiang area in 2010 was slightly higher than that in 2009, the disease index and incidence of the other areas had declined in the different range; the phenomenon of mixed infection was heavy in these areas, and the mostly mixed infection of GPV,GAV and PAV. |
