| 摘 要： | 虚拟参考咨询在当今图书馆服务中得到了越来越广泛的应用。文章从虚拟参考咨询服务的概念内涵入手，提出了在网络环境下参考咨询服务的方式给远程用户提供方便、快捷的信息咨询服务，总结了参考咨询服务资源多元化、手段自动化、方式多样化、内容全息化、对象广域化、队伍专业化、观念人本化等特点。

| Abstract: | Virtual Reference has been used more and more widely in today's library services.Beginning the concept of Virtual Reference Service,the paper has explained that the virtual reference is providing easy and fast information consulting services to remote users,put forward to the ways of reference services in the network,sum up the characteristics of reference services: multi-reference service resources,means of automation,many forms,hologram content,wide-area object,special team and people-oriented concepts. |
