摘    要:利用SSR标记技术分析47个玉米P-162近缘系的亲缘关系及遗传多样性,研究P-162自交系的亲缘关系。结果表明,22对多态性较好的随机引物中共检测到154个等基因变异,每对引物检测到等位基因3~12个,平均7.48个。利用UPGMA聚类分析法将供试自交系划分为7类,47个玉米P-162近缘系材料之间具有一定的遗传差异,总体供试材料遗传基础相对较狭窄。

Abstract:In order to study the genetic relationship of P-162 inbred lines, the genetic relationship and genetic diversity of forty-seven P-162 inbred lines were analyzed by using SSR markers. The results showed that twenty-two pairs of high polymorphic random primers detected 154 gene mutations, there were 3-12 alleles in each pair of primers, about 7.48 on average. By using UPGMA cluster analysis method, the tested inbred lines were divided into 7 categories, forty-seven P-162 related lines had some genetic difference between the departments of materials, but the overall test material was relatively narrow genetic basis.
