红檵木的组织培养快速繁殖

摘    要:为加快红Ji木优良无性系的选择、苗木的工厂化生产和推广应用,以红Ji木腋芽为外植体进行组织培养,筛选出较为理想的芽分化,增殖和生根培养基,即:芽分化及增殖培养基以MS+2.0mg/L BA较好,芽分化率可达635,繁殖倍数为3左右,而生根培养基以1/2MS+4mg/L IBA较好,生根率可达95.8%,试验了不同季节的试管苗移栽管理技术,率先在中国建立了红Ji木组织快繁程序。

Abstract:To accelerate the selection of excellent clone of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var.rubrum yiehlter,industrialized seedling breeding and its popularization,ideal differentiation,multiplication and rhizogenesis were screened by using explants treated with tissue culture.The results show that its differentiation reaches 63% and its index of propagation is 3 in the enrichment medium of MS+2.0 mg/L BA,while the rootting index reaches 95.8% in rootting medium of 1/2 MS+4 mg/L IBA.The technique of cuvette seedling transplantation was tested in different seasons and fast breeding procedure of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var. rubrum yiehlter was first established in China.
