珍稀濒危植物掌叶木的研究动态

摘    要:掌叶木(Handeliodendron bodinieri)为中国特有的珍稀濒危植物,近年来受到了国内外研究者的广泛关注。本研究通过结合前人的研究和课题组相关研究成果,从生态学特征、繁殖关键技术、化学成分与开发利用以及遗传多样性等方面综述了掌叶木的最新研究状况。结果表明:掌叶木在群落中竞争能力差,加之生境恶劣、自然更新困难,导致掌叶木数量日益减少,保护已迫在眉睫,通过利用有效的繁育技术措施,能提高育苗成活率,对掌叶木起到有效的保护。最后讨论目前掌叶木研究存在的问题以及今后的研究方向。随着育种与生物技术的提高,可筛选出适于喀斯特地区开发和利用的掌叶木种质资源,为掌叶木种群恢复和喀斯特地区生态治理提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years,Handeliodendron bodinieri has been widely recognized as a rare and endangered plant in China.Based on the previous research and the relevant research results of our research group,the latest research status of H.bodinieri is reviewed from the aspects of ecological characteristics,reproductive key technologies,chemical composition and development and utilization,genetic diversity.The results showed that H.bodinieri has poor competitiveness in the community,combined with poor habitat and difficult natural regeneration,resulting in the decreasing number of H.bodinieri,and the protection was imminent.By using effective breeding techniques,the survival rate of seedlings can be improved,and H.bodinieri can be effectively protected.Finally,the problems existing in H.bodinieri research and the future research directions are discussed.With the improvement of breeding technology and biotechnology,the germplasm resources of H.bodinieri suitable for development and utilization in karst area can be screened,which provides reference for the restoration of H.bodinieri population and ecological management in karst area.
