摘    要:以中绿叶色的SN12和浓绿叶色的丹340两个玉米自交系为对照,对黄绿叶色突变体SN62的形态特征、叶面积指数、叶绿素含量、光合速率、产量进行比较研究。结果表明,该突变体受1对隐性基因控制;植株发育正常;产量和叶面积指数介于丹340和SN12之间;叶绿素含量明显较低,但光合速率与SN12和丹340差异不大;在生育后期,SN62的光合速率高于两个对照。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to compare the differences of morphological characteristics, yield, leaf area index, chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate among a medium-green leaf inbred line SN12, a thick-green leaf inbred line Dan340 and a yellow-green leaf mutant SN62. The results showed that the trait of the yellow-green leaf mutant SN62 was controlled by a recessive gene. SN62 grew normally. The yield and leaf area index in SN62 were between 340 and SN12. Chlorophyll content of SN62 was significantly lower than SN12 and Dan340, but there was little difference between SN12, Dan340 and SN62 in the net photosynthetic rate. In the late growth stage, the net photosynthetic rate of SN62 was higher than SN12 and Dan340.
