| 摘 要： | 采用2009年河北农村统计年鉴相关数据,选取8项指标,运用因子分析方法对河北省2008年农村基础设施建设情况进行差异性分析,对河北省各市农村基础设施发展的差异进行了综合评价,并运用聚类分析方法把河北省基础设施建设划分为4类。结果表明：河北省农村基础设施发展存在着明显的地域差异,其影响因素可概括为综合经济发展因素和工业发展因素2方面,最后提出适合各区域发展的对策建议。
