甲基二磺隆在小麦和土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:
本试验研究了除草剂阔世玛的有效成分之一甲基二磺隆在河北、湖北两地小麦和土壤中的残留规律。采用液相色谱紫外检测法测定甲基二磺隆残留量,麦粒、植株中的最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg,土壤中为0.004mg/kg。添加浓度在0.004~0.5 mg/kg范围内,回收率83%~101%,变异系数4.6%~17%。实验结果显示,甲基二磺隆在两地小麦植株中的半衰期分别为6.42 d和8.32 d,在土壤中的分别为10.7 d和9.47 d;研究表明,阔世玛可分散粒剂用于冬小麦田防治1年生禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草,有效成分剂量应定在8.1~13.5 g/hm2,施药1次,收获期甲基二磺隆在两地小麦植株、籽粒及麦田土壤中的最终残留量均低于0.02 mg/kg。

Abstract:
Field trials were conducted to study the dynamics and final state of residues of mesosulfuron-methyl which was one of the active ingredients in herbicide Atlantis in wheat and soil in Hebei and Hubei of China.Liquid chromatography with UV detection was used to determine mesosulfuron-methyl residue.Limit of determination were 0.01 mg/kg in wheat grain and plant,and 0.004 mg/kg in soil.The recoveries were 83%~101% and coefficient of variations were 4.6%—17% between the concentration of 0.004~0.5 mg/kg.The results indicated that the half lives of mesosulfuron-methyl in wheat plant were 6.42 and 8.32 d in Hebei and Hubei,and the half lives in soil were 10.7 and 9.47 d.According to the research,when Atlantis 3.6% wettable dispersible granule being used one time to control the weeds in winter wheat fields with the doseages of active ingredient of 8.1—13.5 g/hm2,the final residues of mesosulfuron-methyl in grain,plant and soil of wheat were not more than 0.02 mg/kg.
