中国竹炭产业发展现状及前景展望

竹炭是竹材加工领域利用率最高、附加值最大的科技产品之一。中国竹炭产业自20世纪90年代开始，经过近30年的发展，已开发出竹炭、竹醋液9大系列300多种产品。2018年，中国竹炭产量约25.52万t，产值8.84亿元。中国竹炭产业的发展既迎来了良好的发展机遇，也面临着诸多挑战。文章从产业发展历程、产业集群、产业结构、产业标准和平台支撑等方面概述了中国竹炭产业的现状，分析了产业发展面临的机遇与挑战，提出了中国竹炭产业进一步发展的基本思路、目标定位、重点领域及对策措施。

Bamboo Charcoal Industry in China: Current Status and Prospect

Bamboo charcoal is one of the processed bamboo products with the highest utilization rate and added value. Since the 1990s, China's bamboo charcoal industry has developed quickly, and 9 series of more than 300 products of bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar have been developed. In 2018, China produced 255 200 t bamboo charcoal, with an output value at 884 million yuan. Though the bamboo charcoal industry in China is embraced with good development opportunities, it also faces many challenges. This article summarizes the current situation of China's bamboo charcoal industry from the aspects of industrial development process, industrial cluster, industrial structure, industrial standards and platform support, analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the industrial development, and puts forward the basic ideas, target positioning, key areas and countermeasures for the further development of the industry.
