杏鲍菇红枣复合运动饮料的研制

摘    要:以杏鲍菇、红枣为复合运动饮料的主要材料,深入分析和研究其加工工艺,并结合实际,制定科学、完善的质量要求,明确复合运动饮料所需材料比例。试验结果表明,60 mL的杏鲍菇提取液和50 mL的红枣提取液是配制复合运动饮料的最佳比例,同时还需要适当添加白糖、柠檬酸及黄原胶,以达到良好的口感,满足运动人群的饮用需要。通过研究杏鲍菇红枣复合运动饮料,不仅可对常规饮料进行创新,同时可以进一步开拓饮料市场,充分发挥杏鲍菇与红枣两种物质的作用,使饮料更具营养价值,为运动人群提供更多的选择。

Abstract:The main materials of the compound sports drink were Pleurotus eryngii and Ziziphus jujuba,the processing technology was analyzed and studied deeply,and the scientific and perfect quality requirements were formulated according to the actual situation.On the basis of the experiment,the proportion of the materials needed for the compound sports drink was determined.It can be seen from the research results that 60 mL of the extract of Pleurotus eryngii and 50 mL of the extract of Ziziphus jujubaare was the best proportion for the preparation of composite sports drinks.At the same time,sugar,citric acid and other substances need to be added appropriately to accurately count the grams of each material,so as to achieve a good taste and meet the drinking needs of sports people.Through the research on the compound sports drink of Pleurotus eryngii and Ziziphus jujuba Mill,we can not only innovate the conventional drink,but also further develop the beverage market,give full play to the functions of Pleurotus eryngii and Ziziphus jujuba Mill,make the drink more nutritious and provide more choices for the sports crowd.
