气流脉动流化干燥试验研究

摘    要:对几种物料进行了气流脉动流化干燥试验,通过试验结果分析了不同风温,风速,不同的气体分布板开孔率,不同的脉动频率对脉动流化干燥过程的影响,找出了试验所用物料的脉动脉动流化干燥的较佳频率,进行了普通流化床干燥,脉动流化床干燥的对比试验。

Abstract:In this paper, a new apparatus of pulsofluidized bed dryer was designed. A series of ex-periments of pulsofluidized bed drying were conducted on this test apparatus. The effects ofperforation rate of screen, frequency of pulsation, and properties of different materials on pul-sofluidized drying were investigated. The air temperature is the most important parameter toinfluence the drying process, static bed height as well as pulsation frequency have some in-fluence on the drying process, theperforation rate of screen has notable effect on pulsoflu-idized drying. The comparison experiments on pulsofluidized bed drying and traditional flu-idized bed drying were carried out.
