山西不同品种大豆贮藏蛋白提取及亚基分析

摘    要:
用不同盐缓冲溶液分别提取大豆贮藏蛋白,对提取效果分析比较,结果表明,Tris-HCl(pH 7.8)缓冲溶液的提取方法最为合适;在确定提取方法的基础上,对山西不同品种大豆的贮藏蛋白进行了SDS-PAGE分析,电泳图谱显示,不同品种间贮藏蛋白亚基在数量和含量上有较大差别。

Abstract:
To study the subunit of soybean storage protein,storage protein extracted by different buffer from defatted soybean were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.The results showed that duilt Tris-HCl(pH7.8) buffer was the best choice to extract storage protein.Storage protein of different soybean cultivars in Shanxi province were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,SDS-PAGE Patten show that there have differences in the number and content of subunit.
