革胡子鲶骨骼系统研究

目的]研究革胡子鲶骨骼系统的组成及形态学特征。方法]常规煮沸剥离方法得到完整骨骼标本和单个骨骼标本,对标本进行摄影与分析,并总结出相应的骨骼特征。结果]革胡子鲶的骨骼系统具有单个犁骨,鳃盖边缘有棘,无眶蝶骨,腰带简单,有韧带与肩带相连。无骨鳞,无肌间骨,无续骨、顶骨,第3、4椎骨彼此固结。胸鳍具有1枚强大且坚硬的骨质棘,具有14对腹肋。共有骨骼426块,其中脑颅区域25块,咽颅区域71块,附肢骨骼234块,躯干部分96块。结论]革胡子鲶骨骼系统具有一般硬骨鱼类的基本特征,同时此种鱼类的骨骼结构也具有鲶形目的特点。

Study on the Skeletal System of Clarias leather

Objective]The research aimed to study the organization and morphological characteristics of the skeletal system of Clarias leather.Method]The integrated and single skeletal specimens were obtained by using the conventional boiling-stripping method.The specimens were photographed and analyzed.And the relevant skeletal characteristics were summarized.Result]The skeletal system contained only one vomer but no orbitosphenoid.There were brambles at both of the edges of operculum.The structure of pelvic girdle,which was connected with shoulder girdle,was simple.It contained no bone scales,intermascular bone,symplectic bone,or parietal bone.The third and fourth vertebrae connected firmly each other.Pectoral fin contained a strong spine and 14 pairs of ventral rib.The skeletal system was composed of 426 bones,including 25 bones in the district of neurocranium,71 bones in the district of splanchnocranium,234 appendicular skeleton and 96 bones in the trunk.Conclusion]The skeletal system had the basic characteristics of common teleostean fish and it also fit in with that of the fish in Siluriformes.
