摘    要:以桃花心木、柞木、白桦木为研究对象,在120、140、160℃下分别加热6、8 h,研究不同热处理工艺对实木地板坯料的颜色、尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高和时间的延长,木材颜色逐渐变深。其中热处理对桃花心木颜色影响最大,柞木次之,对白桦木影响最小。经过不同热处理工艺处理后,3种木材的尺寸稳定性随着温度的升高与时间的延长而提高。桃花心木在120℃下保温8 h,白桦木在160℃保温6 h,柞木在140℃保温8 h,效果最佳。实际生产中可根据树种,选取热处理前后木材色差变化较小、尺寸稳定性较好的热处理工艺条件。

Abstract:Taking mahogany, white birch and oak as research objects, heating at 120 ℃, 140 ℃ and 160 ℃ for 6 and 8 h, respectively, we studied the effects of different heat treatment processes on the color and dimensional stability of solid wood floor blanks. With the increase of heat treatment temperature and time, the color of wood gradually became darker. Among them, heat treatment has the greatest influence on the color of mahogany, followed by white birch and oak. After different heat treatment processes, the dimensional stability of the three kinds of wood increased with the increase of temperature and time. Mahogany is kept at 120 ℃ for 8 h, white birch at 160 ℃ for 6 h, and oak at 140 ℃ for 8 h, the effect is the best. In actual production, from the tree species, the heat treatment process conditions with less color difference and better dimensional stability before and after heat treatment can be selected.
