木质素磺酸钠-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵复合物的制备及其对Cu2+的吸附性能

摘    要:以木质素磺酸钠(SLS)为阴离子源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为阳离子源,通过静电吸附作用制备了SLS-CTAB复合物。采用FTIR和XPS对SLS、CTAB和SLS-CTAB复合物的结构和元素组成进行分析,证实了SLS-CTAB复合物制备成功。Zeta电位分析表明SLS和CTAB的主要结合方式为静电吸附作用。SLS-CTAB复合物的溶解性分析表明,复合物易溶于碱性和酸性溶液,而不易溶于水,在水中的吸水溶胀率为282.8%。SLS-CTAB复合物对Cu2+的吸附性能分析结果表明,SLS-CTAB复合物对Cu2+具有较好的吸附性能,吸附容量为439.18 mg·g-1。通过对吸附作用机理进一步分析,证实了SLS-CTAB复合物对Cu2+的吸附性能符合Freundlich方程和二级吸附动力学方程,说明SLS-CTAB复合物在对Cu2+的吸附过程中不仅存在与磺酸基的静电吸附作用,还存在与氨基的化学吸附作用。

Abstract:The SLS-CTAB complex was prepared by electrostatic adsorption while sodium lignosulfonate(SLS) was used as anion source, and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) was used as cation source. The structure and elemental composition of SLS, CTAB and SLS/CTAB complex were analyzed by FTIR and XPS, indicating the successful preparation of the complex. The analysis of Zeta potential demonstrated the main binding mode of SLS and CTAB was electrostatic adsorption. The solubility analysis of SLS/CTAB complex showed that it was soluble in alkaline and acidic solutions, with low solubility in water, and the swelling rate in water was 282.8%. The analysis results of the adsorption performance of SLS-CTAB complex on Cu2+ showed that the SLS-CTAB complex had better adsorption property on Cu2+. The adsorption capacity was 439.18 mg·g-1. From adsorption mechanism, the adsorption performance of SLS/CTAB complex for Cu2+ was in accordance with Freundich equation and second-order adsorption kinetic equation, and the adsorption of SLS/CTAB complex for Cu2+ not only had electrostatic adsorption with sulfonic group, but also chemical adsorption with amino group.
