摘    要:目的]研究小麦幼苗在盐胁迫下的生长情况。方法]以150mmol/L的NaCl胁迫处理小麦幼苗,测定其生理指标和观察微观结构的变化。结果]盐胁迫对于株高、叶宽的影响较早(〉8d),而对于叶长、叶片数的影响较晚(〉12d)。石蜡切片显示,在盐胁迫处理下,小麦叶片中维管束面积、叶肉细胞变小,细胞壁合成受阻,叶片变薄。同时,盐胁迫对于小麦幼苗的生长有一定的抑制作用,Fv/Fm降低,Fo显著增高,而组织含水量、MDA含量变化不显著。结论]盐胁迫处理影响小麦幼苗的形态和生理特性,对于其生长有负面影响。
