摘    要:统计结果表明,水稻各叶位气孔数量组成的变化主要是由本身特性所决定的.环境条件有一定的影响,但各生态因素的影响途径和结果有所不同.水、温主要是影响伸长的叶位.干旱抑制细胞伸长,使叶面积减小而提高气孔密度,降低气孔长度,达极显著水平.在水稻生长温度范围内,提高温度的结果则相反,但不显著.弱光主要影响叶原基阶段气孔的分化形成,且使气孔密度和长度相应发生变化.

Abstract:Biological statistics showed that the variation of stomatal numbers in different leaf locations of rice was mainly controlled by the characteristics of the plant itself,while the environmental factors created certain effects, and the results of ecological conditions appeared in different ways and dif- ferent effects.Water and temperature acted directly on the extension of leaf location.But drought inhibited the expansion of cells,making the decrease of leaf area.On the other hand the stomatal density increased and the stomatal pore length decreased.All these showed very significant differ- ences in the analysis.Within the temperature growth range of the rice plant, the increase of temperature reacted inversely and showed statistically non- significant.The effect of weak light affected the differentiation of stomata at the stage of expansion of leaf blades from leaf primordium.Thus seriously affected the development of stomatal density and length.
