| 摘 要： | 为了适应21世纪图书馆事业的发展，图书馆员的继续教育必须加强。本文对我国图书馆员继续教育的现状与不足、继续教育的内容进行了论述，阐述了继续教育的原则，并提出了加强图书馆员继续教育的措施。
