人参茎叶总皂甙提取精制工艺研究

摘    要:以人参茎叶为试验材料,人参茎叶总皂甙(Ginseng Stem and Leave Saponin,GSLS)提取率为评价指标,运用正交试验,筛选出最佳提取工艺。并对影响树脂精制过程影响最大的吸附容量,洗脱液用量及浓度3因素进行考察,对提取液进行大孔树脂分离纯化,以得到高收率(87%)、高纯度(83.5%)的人参茎叶总皂甙。

Abstract:The orthogonal design was used in an experiment to investigate the optimum extraction conditions of GSLS (ginseng stem and leaf saponin). The three primary influencing factors for the purification process (elutive capacity, volume of the eluant and concentration of the eluant) were reviewed, and the extract was adsorbed and purified with macroporous resin. Thus a high recovery rate of GSLS of >87% and a high purity of the product of 83.5% were achieved.
