| 摘 要： | 研究了新品种条斑紫菜的苗种培育、苗网解网、干燥、包装、入库等技术以及紫菜栽培海区的选择和栽培设施等技术关键,引用日本条斑紫菜育苗的技术工艺,采用高密度投放果孢子、丝状体恒温培育、回转式(水车式)采苗等技术,有效控制了出苗帘数量,缩短了育苗时间,提高了壳孢子的利用率,其综合技术经济指标达国内领先水平。

| Abstract: | The techniques such as releasing,drying, packaging,preservation as well as the selection of the suitable sea area and the preparation of the installation was studied.By adoption the following measures such as high-density stocking of carpospore,homothermal cultivation of filament and rotational seed-collecting,the quantity of the seed collecting curtain was controlled,the period of seed cultivation was shorted and the utilization of the conchospore was improved. |
