| 摘 要： | 通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR),设计特异性引物检测猪粪便中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒ORF7基因片段.结果发现,所检测的8份猪粪便样本中有6份扩增出了目的条带,判定为阳性.

| Abstract: | In this experiment,OFR gene fragment of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)virus from the feces samples was amplified and detected by RT-PCR with the specific primers.The results showed that the expectant specific band was amplified from 6 of 8 samples,which were assessed as PRRSV positive. |
