越冬期番石榴叶片脂质的过氧化状况

摘    要:以本地种番石榴和台湾珍珠番石榴为材料 ,测定其叶片在越冬期间活性氧代谢的变化 .结果表明 :在越冬期 ,随着温度的降低超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性增强 ,在 1月 2 0日达最大值后下降 ;还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量呈类似趋势 ;台湾珍珠番石榴的抗坏血酸 (ASA)含量呈下降趋势 ,而本地种番石榴的 ASA含量先升后降 ;膜脂过氧化产物 (MDA)含量在整个越冬期呈上升趋势 ;在越冬期 ,本地种番石榴叶片 SOD、POD、CAT活性 ,以及 GSH、ASA含量均高于台湾珍珠番石榴

Abstract:The changes of activated oxygen metabolism in leaves of native guava and Taiwan zengzhu guava during over wintering period were measured. The results were as follows: the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased with the decline of tempeature, which reached the highest value on January 20, then declined; the change of GSH content was similar to the SOD activity; the content of ASA in Taiwan zengzhu guava tended to decline, but that in native guava was first increased, then declined. The content of MDA tended to increase during the whole over wintering period; the activities of SOD, POD and CAT, and contents of GSH and ASA in leaves of native guava were higher than those in leaves of Taiwan zengzhu guave.
