| 摘 要： | 免疫血清学技术由于其高度特异性、敏感性、适用面广、方法简单,快速、制样简便等特点,已成为生命科学进入分子水平所不可缺少的工具。本文介绍了农业科学研究中,在物种鉴定、快速诊断和检疫、生物活性物质的测定、性状标记物和次生代谢物的测定、食品和环境中残毒的检测、生物物质的定位等方面血清学技术的应用现状和前景。

| Abstract: | It is obvious that immunological techniques have become the necessary approaches of molecular biological sciences because of their high specificity, sensitivity, simplicity and wide utility. The authers give a brief account of the present situation and prospects for the application of immunochemical methods to agricultural sciences, inculding identification of species, diagnosis of animal and plant diseases, quantitative and locative analysis of substances of biological activity in living things, determination of character carrier and second metabolites and detection of the resident toxins in feed and environment. |
