Abstract:China's corn output of about 120 million t,the second highest in the world,a great prospect.Because of high corn starch content,yield up,so the corn starch into a modern industry,the main raw material.In order to better guide the corn starch industry,the paper six common varieties of corn starch were compared with the physical characteristics of a comprehensive study,including swelling,color,freeze-thaw stability,solubility,transparency,hope for the country economy provide some reference.
