| 摘 要： | 食品安全直接关系着人们的生命安全和身体健康,建立农产品质量安全可追溯系统是确保食品安全的关键。介绍了农产品质量安全可追溯系统的国内外研究和发展现状,分析了我国在建立农产品质量安全可追溯系统过程中面临的问题,并提出应对策略。

| Abstract: | Food safety related directly to the people＇s life safety and body health and it is key to construct the traceability system about agricultural products quality and safety for ensuring food quality and safety. In present paper, situation of agricultural products quality and safety traceability system concerning research and development at home and abroad was introduced, and the existing problems facing us in the establishment of the traceability system about agricultural products quality and safety in our country was analyzed. On this proposes corresponding strategy was put forward. |
