小麦品质改良中5+10亚基导入规律研究

摘    要:利用蛋白质含量不同且不含有5+10亚基的亲本材料与蛋白质含量不同但含有5+10亚基的亲本材料杂交,研究优质小麦育种和种质材料创新中5+10亚基的导入规律,结果表明,5+10亚基的导入率既与5+10亚基的遗传背景有关,又与被改良品种材料的蛋白质含量有关,但与5+10亚基材料的蛋白质含量的关系不大。在含有5+10亚基的优质品种选育和种质材料创新中,受体品种的蛋白质含量不能太低,而且要选用合适的杂交组合类型,以提高后代品系5+10亚基的出现频率。
