胭脂花的光合特性研究

摘    要:用Li-6400光合作用测定系统对胭脂花的光合特性进行了测定。结果表明:胭脂花光合作用的光饱和点和补偿点分别为1 370,22.4μmol/(m2.s),表观量子效率为0.044 4;CO2饱和点和补偿点分别为752.5,58.4μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.024 1;光合作用最适温度是23.2℃。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of Primula maximowiofi were examined using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results indicated that the light saturation point and light compensation point of P.maximowiofi were 1 370 and 22.4 μmol/(m2·s) respectively and the apparent quantum yield 0.044 4.The CO2 saturation point and CO2 compensation point were 752.5 and 58.4 μmol/mol respectively and the carboxylation efficiency 0.024 1.The optimal leaf temperature of photosynthesis was 23.2 ℃.
