| Abstract: | The present paper is devoted to the study of peptides derived from Casein in milk.These Short peptides exhibit various activities,Such as opiate activity,immunomodulation,binding of metal ions(Ca 2+ ),antihypertension and antiehrombotic activity and other properties.The Sources,Sequenles and location of which have been determined they can be used either as food additives or in pharmacology. |
