摘    要:[目的]介绍响应曲面法及其在微生物发酵工艺优化中的应用。[方法]应用响应曲面法对微生物发酵的培养基配方、培养条件和补料工艺进行优化。[结果]响应曲面法克服了传统方法的局限性,对影响试验指标的各因子水平及其交互作用进行优化和评价,快速有效地确定微生物发酵工艺中多因子系统的最佳条件。[结论]为正确运用响应曲面法开展微生物发酵工艺优化研究提供了科学依据和理论指导。
