红曲霉CYY1产色能力及洛伐他汀产量的研究

摘    要:目的]探究从柑橘胚中分离到的1株红曲霉的应用价值。方法]液态发酵后,测定发酵液中胞外和胞内色素的含量,并对洛伐他汀进行定性和定量分析。结果]红曲霉CYY1发酵液的最高色调可达1.540,黄色素产量高于红色素,说明该菌所产色调主要为黄色。发酵第8天,洛伐他汀产量达到最高,为190.00 mg/L。结论]该菌在食品和医药领域具有很好的应用前景。
