白刺扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:目的]寻求白刺扦插繁殖的最佳成活条件。方法]以白刺枝条为试材,选取沙藏、基质、激素和浓度(处理时间)4个因素,通过正交试验对白刺扦插繁殖生根效应进行研究,测定各处理插条根部POD、PPO和IAAO活性。结果]白刺扦插繁殖根系生根类型为皮部生根型,根系散生。各因素对插条愈伤组织诱导率影响依次为:基质〉激素〉浓度〉沙藏,最利于提高插条愈伤组织诱导率的栽培条件为:未沙藏-珍珠岩基质-NAA-1.0 mg/g(30 s)。各因素对生根率影响依次为:激素〉基质〉浓度〉沙藏;3种激素中以IBA为最优;3种基质中以纯砂基质为最优;最有利于插条生根的栽培条件为:未沙藏-纯砂基质-IBA-1.0 mg/g(30 s)。对POD、PPO和IAAO3种氧化酶活性影响最大的因素均为激素。结论]白刺插条根部相关氧化酶活性与其生根率之间存在一定的相关性。
