| 摘 要： | 利用开发的轴系扭 /弯 /纵三维振动测试装置 ,对典型的直列 6缸车用柴油机进行了轴系扭 /弯 /纵三维振动的测试研究。通过对轴系振动的测试结果进行幅频特性分析以及相干函数分析 ,从试验研究的角度分析了轴系扭 /弯 /纵三维振动的相互影响的特点。同时 ,研究了轴系的三维振动与机体裙部振动的关系。

| Abstract: | In this paper, author developed a measuring device, which could measure the torsional bending longitudinal vibrations (the 3-Dimensional vibrations) at the front free-end of the crankshaft. The measurements of the 3-Dimensional vibrations of crankshaft were carried out in an in line, 6-cylinder and turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. By means of the analyses of coherence function and property of amplitude frequency, the relationships of the torsional bending longitudinal vibrations of crankshaft were studied. Meanwhile, the relationship between the vibration of crankcase skirts and the vibration of crankshaft was investigated. |
