灵芝菌丝体多糖的提取与抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:通过DEAE Sephacel柱层析得到灵芝菌丝体多糖M1、M2和M33个组分,其M1组分多糖含量最高(47.19%),其次为M2(31.18%)和M3(11.02%)。体外抗氧化活性试验结果显示:M1对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力最强,M2次之,M3最弱。

Abstract:The polysaccharide was extracted from the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum by using DEAE Sephacel column chromatography,three components(M1,M2 and M3) were found in the extracted raw polysaccharide,and M1 content was the highest(47.19%),followed by M2 content(31.18%) and M3 content(11.02%).The results of antioxidation activity experiments in vitro showed that M1 had the strongest ability to clean hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical,followed by M2,while M3 had the weakest ability.
