植物激素对杉木组培苗增殖和生根的影响

摘    要:对NAA、IBA和6-BA对杉木组培苗增殖及生根的影响进行研究,结果表明,培养基中6-BA与NAA、IBA的比例适宜时能明显促进杉木组培苗生长和芽分化,适宜浓度的IBA比NAA更利于根的形成和生长,但激素浓度过高会抑制苗木生长。苗木质量主成分分析表明,增殖培养时,应选择利于芽分化和生长的培养基;生根培养时,应选择利于提高生根率、根数量、根长等的培养基。综合比较后以MS+NAA 0.05mg/L+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+琼脂7 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L为较适宜的增殖培养基,1/2MS+IBA 0.7 mg/L+琼脂7g/L+蔗糖25 g/L为较好的生根培养基。

Abstract:The effects of phytohormone on the proliferation and rooting of tissue culture seedling in Cunninghamia lanceolata was studied, the results showed that the suitable ratio of 6-BA and NAA or 6-BA and IBA could promote seedling growth and bud proliferation. The suitable concentration of IBA was better than NAA in promotion the formation and growth of root, however, too high concentration of hormone should be inhibitory effect on seedling growth. Principal component analysis of seedling quality showed that the culture medium better for shoot differentiation and growth should be selected in stage of multiplication, and the culture medium which could promote rooting rate, the number of roots and leight of roots should be selected in stage of rooting. In view of the above, MS NAA 0.05 mg/L 6 BA 0.3 mg/L agar 7 g/L sugar 30 g/L was the best culture medium for multiplication, and 1/2MS IBA 0.7 mg/L agar 7 g/L sugar 25 g/L would be more beneficial to root.
