摘    要:改进的生态足迹法从生物资源、水资源和碳排放三方面入手,对传统生态足迹法进行了改进。在地理信息系统的支持下,利用改进生态足迹法对淮南市2002和2010年的生态足迹需求、供给和生态赢余进行了计算和分析,评估了淮南市的生态承载力状况。结果表明,2002~2010年淮南市的生态赤字上升极快,其中2010年人均生态需求为16.52 hm2/人,供给为0.21 hm2/人,生态赤字为16.31hm2/人。淮南市目前的发展属于不可持续性的。改良生态足迹法的评价指标的丰富在一定程度上增加了评价的公正性和准确性,结果更符合实际,对于其他城市的生态规划和建设也具有借鉴和参考价值。

Analysis on Ecosystem Carrying Capacity in Huainan City Based on Eco-footprint Correction Model

Abstract:Based on the environment,water resources and carbon emissions,the traditional eco-footprint method was improved.With the aid of geo-information system,the improved eco-footprint method was used to calculate and analyze the eco-footprint demand,supply and ecological surplus of Huainan City in 2002 and 2010,and the ecosystem carrying capacity was evaluated.As indicated by the results,the eco-footprint demand of Huainan is 16.52 hm2 per capita in 2010,the supply is 0.21 hm2 per capita and the ecological surplus is 16.31 hm2 per capita.The development of Huainan City belongs to unsustainable.The richness of evaluating indexes of improved eco-footprint method improved the accuracy and impartiality of evaluation,making the result more consistent with practical,which has reference value for other cities' ecosystem planning and construction
