| 摘 要： | 水稻叶色突变体较为常见,对水稻叶色突变基因进行定位、克隆与功能研究,探讨水稻叶色突变机理,对促进水稻遗传改良与水稻高产育种具有重要意义。据此,文中综述了近年来水稻叶色突变体的发掘、基因定位与克隆、功能研究及育种利用方面的进展。

| Abstract: | Rice leaf coloration was relatively common,rice leaf coloration mutant genetic mapping,cloning,functions were studied.The mutational mechanism of rice leaf color mutation was discussed,which was significance for promoting rice genetic improvement and high-yielding rice breeding.The research progress about genetic mapping,cloning,function,breeding and utilization of rice leaf coloration mutant in recent years was reviewed. |
