| 摘 要： | 针对农用运输车在行驶过程中存在的纵梁开裂的问题,用有限元软件对车架的强度进行了计算分析,并通过试验的方法验证了计算模型的正确性.分析结果表明：车辆在凹凸不平的地面行驶过程中对纵梁的冲击导致了纵梁的开裂.根据实际工艺情况,采取了适当的加固措施.

| Abstract: | During transportation process there are abnormal fractures of side-rails on farm vehicles. In the study FEA software was used to calculate the strength of the side rails. The calculated stress values coincided with the tested values. Thus proves the correctness of the FEA models. Analysis showed that the unevenness of the farm roads causes the abnormal fracture of the vehicle side rails. Applicable measures were taken to strengthen the rails. |
