柴油/乙醇混合燃料特性及对增压发动机性能影响

摘    要:研究了不同掺混比例的柴油、乙醇混合燃料的主要理化特性,结合十三工况实验分析了混合燃料对增压发动机性能的影响.实验结果表明:随着乙醇掺混比例的增加,混合燃料的低热值、十六烷值、粘度逐渐降低,混合燃料的低温蒸馏特性较强.发动机实验结果表明:随着乙醇掺烧比例的增加,混合燃料的动力性逐渐降低、小负荷工况下经济性恶化严重.混合燃料的CO、HC、微粒、NOx比排放逐渐增加,干碳烟比排放有所降低。

Abstract:The investigation was made on the main physical and chemical characteristics of diesel- ethanol blend fuel, the effects on the characteristics of turbocharged diesel engine were also investigated experimentally following the test procedure of ECE R49. The result showed that the low heat value, cetane number, viscosity of blends decreased as the content of ethanol increased in the blends. The distillation characteristic of the blends was very high in the low range of temperature. With the content of ethanol increasing in the blended fuel, the torque output decreased; the fuel economy deteriorated greatly at the low load, the brake specific CO, HC, particulate and NOx emission increased gradually, the soot emission was improved.
