| 摘 要： | 对四川境内峨边花牛的资源现状进行了调查研究.详细介绍了产区概况,峨边花牛品种来源、数量和质量的变化情况、外貌特征、生产性能、体尺、体重及适应性等,并对这一品种进行了综合评价,最后介绍了峨边花牛开发利用的最新研究进展,为全面认识该品种提供了基本资料.

| Abstract: | According to the detail investigation of resource distribution of Ebian spotted cattle in Sichuan province, the authors presented the general situation of the production region, the origin, number and quality of the breed, exterior characteristics, production performance, body sizes and weight and adaptability etc. The comprehensive evaluation and the latest research progress of Ebian spotted cattle in development and utilization were also introduced to provide the basic information on this valuable cattle resource. |
