摘    要:选用12种药剂对枸杞裸蓟马进行了室内毒力及天敌敏感性测定与田间防效试验.结果表明,生物农药印楝素、黎芦碱和苦参碱对枸杞裸蓟马的毒力较强,其LC50分别为0.16、0.37、1.58 mg·L-1;天敌东亚小花蝽对各种药剂均较敏感.死亡率均在50%以上:田间试验结果以苦参碱、黎芦碱和印楝素的防效较好,药后3 d裸蓟马死亡率分别为88.91%、84.64%和80.35%,仅次于阿维菌素91.36%的防效;药后1~5 d生物农药与化学农药时生物多样性的影响没有显著差异,但生物农药药后7d多样性指数即回升,而化学农药药后14d才缓慢回开.

Abstract:The toxicity and effects of 12 pesticides on Psilothrips indicus Bhatti and its natural enemies sensitivity were inves-tigated in this paper.The results showed that the LC50 of neem,veratridine,matrine were 0.16,0.37 and 1.58 mg.L-1,re-spectively.The Oris sauteri(Poppius) was the most sensitive one to all the pesticides,its average mortality was above 50%.The results of field test indicated that efficacy of biological pesticides neem,veratridine,matrine were better than others,the mortalities of Psilothrips...
