摘    要:采用离体叶片法测定了2种新杀菌剂42.8%氟吡菌酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂(SC)和22.5%啶氧菌酯SC对番茄灰霉病的作用方式及田间防效。结果表明:42.8%氟吡菌酰胺·肟菌酯SC和22.5%啶氧菌酯SC对番茄灰霉病保护作用的EC50值分别为4.04μg·mL~(-1)和10.79μg·mL~(-1),治疗作用的EC50值分别为26.30μg·mL~(-1)和45.93μg·mL~(-1)。田间试验结果表明,两种新药剂在推荐剂量下对番茄灰霉病防效可达80%以上,可用于番茄灰霉病的防治。

Abstract:The action mode of 42.8% fluopyram + trifloxystrobin SC and 22.5% picoxystrobin SC were tested by in vitro leaves method,and the control efficiency on tomato gray mould was assessed though field trials. The results showed that the EC50 values for protective activity of 42.8% fluopyram + trifloxystrobin SC and 22.5% picoxystrobin SC were 4.04 μg·mL-1 and 10.79 μg·mL-1,respectively. The EC50 values for treatment of these 2 new fungicides were 26.30 μg·mL-1 and 45.93 μg·mL-1,respectively. The results of field experiment indicated that the control efficiency of these 2 new fungicides on tomato gray mould applied under the recommended dosages was over 80%. Therefore,they can be used for controlling tomato gray mould.
