摘    要:针对我国干旱地区玉米播种存在的问题,综合保水剂的抗旱保水作用与播前浸种及坐水播种技术的优点,提出了流体穴播方法.同时,分析了玉米流体穴播关键技术,阐明了玉米流体穴播机理.利用虹吸原理、采用压气搅拌混合、压力控制以及排种开关等装置,解决了流体播种种子沉积、排种管堵塞、播量不均等问题,完成了排种装置研制.试验表明,该装置伤种率低,种子分布比较合理,能够满足干旱地区玉米播种要求.

Abstract:This paper put forward the maize fluid hilling method to solve the existing problem of maize seeding in arid areas in China which combines the arid-resistant function and the advantages of seed soaking before sowing and water bed sowing. This paper analyzes the key technologies of maize fluid seeding and described the mechanism of fluid Seeding. The deposit of seed, the choke of metering tube choke and uneven metering were diminished by utilizing siphon suction tube, pressure air agitation, pressure control devices and seed metering gap, etc. The model machine was manufactured. The experiment showed that the seed damage rate was low and the seed distribution was reasonable and it could satisfy the requirement of maize sowing in arid areas.
