Abstract:From diploid sugarbeet line Ty 7,a cDNA clone related to nitrate reduction was isolated by Homology-based cloning.According to its sequences information,a novel full-length cDNA termed nitrate reductase gene(GenBank number:EU163265) was obtained by using rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE).it was 3247 bp long containing a 2718 bp ORF,flanked by a 147 bp 5'-UTR and a 328 bp 3'-UTR.It encoded 905 amino acids with a theoretical molecular weight of 102 kDa and an isoelectric point of 6.12.The result of the c...
