载重子午线轮胎接地几何特征研究

摘    要:利用TEKSCAN的压力分布测量系统对某子午线轮胎进行了接地性能试验,实时记录了轮胎在连续加载和卸载过程中接地印痕形状、接地系数、面积比、四角比等几何特征随载荷的变化情况。同时进行了该轮胎接地性能的有限元分析,有限元仿真结果和试验结果有良好的一致性,为轮胎接地性能的改进和提高提供参考。

Abstract:An experiment on tire-ground performance of radial tire was carried out by using TEKSCAN.The change of shape of footprint,coefficient of contact,ratio between contact-area and project-area,ratio of footprint angles,etc that occurred were recorded in real-time during the continuous load and unload process.And useful conclusion has been drawn.The tire-ground performance was also simulated by FEA methods.The simulated results and experiment results have good coincidence and can provide a reference for improvin...
