摘    要:为了研究旱地冬小麦休闲期生理特性的变化,采用大田试验研究了休闲期不同覆盖方式对旱地小麦越冬期0~20 cm土壤蓄水量、农艺性状、倒二叶POD和SOD活性、MDA含量的影响及施氮量的调控效应。结果表明,采用渗水地膜覆盖可显著增加越冬期0~20 cm土壤的蓄水量;增加越冬期小麦的株高、主茎叶龄、单株干重;倒二叶的POD、SOD活性升高,MDA含量显著降低。在液态地膜和渗水地膜条件下,0~20 cm土壤蓄水量、MDA含量均以低氮条件下显著最高,高氮处理显著最低,中氮处理居中;POD和SOD活性均以中氮处理显著最高。可见,旱地小麦采用休闲期渗水地膜覆盖+施适量氮肥的栽培措施有利于提高土壤蓄水量,促进旱地小麦生长。

Abstract:The aim was to study the physiological characteristics of dry-land wheat seedling in leisure period.Field test was carried out to study the effect of different covering in leisure period on soil water storage at the depth of 0-20 cm,plant growth characteristics,and on the POD activity,SOD activity,and MDA content,and regulation of nitrogen level in leaves in wheat under dry land condition.The results showed that soil water storage at the depth of 0-20 cm,tiller numbers,main stem leaf age and dry weight in plant,POD and SOD activity were increased,and MDA content was decreased under the treatment of permeability plastic film mulching(PM).In the water permeability plastic film mulching(PM) and liquid plastic film mulching(LM) condition,the soil water storage at the depth of 0-20 cm,MDA content were significantly the highest under the treatment of low nitrogen(LN),and the lowest under the treatment of high nitrogen(HN),POD activity and SOD activity were significantly increased under the treatment of middle nitrogen(MN).So,appropriate N fertilizer and PM increased the soil water storage and facilitated the growth of dry-land wheat.
